GPI Asia is a professional consulting firm, founded in 2007. Our key objective is to help clients sustainably maintain their processes and procedures as well as have meaningful metrics that can measure work performance. We truly believe that having accurate and sufficient data and metrics would help in making business decisions more effectively and efficiently. GPI ASIA has provided consulting and training services to help our clients improve their processes in software development and software services according to the CMMI Framework. We have clients who have been successfully appraised with CMMI Framework in every level (Maturity Level 2, 3, 4 and 5) and various CMMI models including CMMI for Development and CMMI for Services. We have long experience and extensive range of customers, from small size (< 10 staff) to medium (10-100 staff) and large (>100 staff). We also have clients in a variety of businesses such as software, financial, hospital, hotel, food and more.
