TMC is a technology and management consulting company focusing on CMMI related training, consulting, and appraisal services. We believe process improvement, and we believe that the technologies are the essential enabler to make the processes realized in the organizations.

In 2013, we established China subsidiary in Beijing （北京睿思得企业管理咨询有限公司） to serve broad Chinese companies. In 2015, we established partnership in Ankara, Turkey. We hope to use our talent to serve more customers in the future.
